Cancellation
Policy
Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services, cancellation fees apply as follows:
1. Cancellation by Client

More than 61 days before the departure date: 15% penalty of the total package

60 to 46 days before the departure date: 30% penalty of the total package

45 to 31 days before the departure date: 55% penalty of the total package

30 to 16 days before the departure date: 80% penalty of the total package

15 to 0 days before the departure date: 100% penalty of the total package
Please note: the 30% deposit is always non-refundable and is applied toward the total penalty.
2. Changes to Bookings
We will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability. Any changes may incur additional costs.
3. Cancellation by 11:11 Srls
In rare and unavoidable cases where 11:11 Srls must cancel a confirmed service, clients will receive a full refund of all payments, including deposit. However, we are not liable for any related costs (e.g., flights, hotels booked independently).
4. Third-Party Provider Cancellations
Cancellations of services booked through external providers (e.g. accommodation, transportation) are subject to their individual terms. Refunds must be requested directly from those providers.
