Terms and Conditions

By booking any service with 11:11 Srls, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

11:11 Srls is an independent travel consultancy. We offer custom planning, bookings, and coordination services. We are not a licensed travel agency or tour operator and do not operate or own any third-party services (such as hotels, guides, or transport).

2. Bookings & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the service.
The balance (70%) is due no later than 30 days before the service date.
Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information
Ensuring you meet all travel requirements (e.g. passports, visas, insurance)
Reviewing third-party terms and conditions

4. Limitation of Liability

11:11 Srls is not responsible for:

Acts or errors by third-party providers (accommodations, guides, venues, etc.)
Delays, cancellations, or changes due to external events (e.g. weather, strikes)
Any loss, injury, accident, or expense incurred during travel

We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for third-party performance.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government orders, or transportation shutdowns. We will attempt to reschedule or find alternatives in such cases.

6. Communication

All requests for changes, cancellations, or updates must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy and limitations of liability.
